About the Homeowners Association (HOA)
The purpose of the Homeowners Association (HOA) is for enhancing and protecting the value, attractiveness, and desirability of the subdivision. It is then the responsibility of the HOA to enforce the Covenants and Restrictions, which are designed to ensure that the neighborhood is kept in an attractive and safe manner for you and your neighbors. The HOA also maintains all easement areas and green spaces within the subdivision. This includes mowing, planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and pond maintenance.

In addition, the HOA approves all house plans, landscape plans, fences and outbuildings. Yearly assessments (homeowner fees) are billed and collected by the HOA. The HOA keeps a running budget of money spent that is available to every home owner and is distributed annually.

It is the overall goal of the HOA to create and foster excellence in community, environment and quality of life. We desire to show good stewardship of our assets and provide a safe and secure living environment for each neighborhood.
